Job Description :-
Programming Languages: Expert-level proficiency in COBOL; familiarity with modern languages or frameworks is a plus (e.g., Java, Python, or web based technologies).
Database Technologies: Strong experience with relational databases (e.g.,DB2, VSAM, IMS) and SQL queries.
Tools & Software: Knowledge of source control tools (e.g., Git, SVN),debugging tools, and performance tuning.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explainingcomplex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently when necessary
