Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management and automating business processes.
• Supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules for Incidents, Changes, Problems and Agent chat across the organization.
• Designing and development of Integration with internal and external systems using Out of the box and custom implementations using REST, JavaScript and Glide Ajax.
• Leading efforts on CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations. • Custom app development on ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating requirements for IT and business needs.
