Urgent Opening For QA Automation LEAD

Responsibilities:
 Work in collaboration with #Project Managers, #Test Strategist, #Business Analysts and #Testing Team to   understand requirements and build the automated regression
testing #framework.
 Plan, design and develop test scripts.
 Test Planning & Analysis, solid understanding of Manual and Automated testing concepts.
 Analysis test deliverable and document test scenario, test cases and test data for execution.
 Execute test cases and build/script new tools for #automation testing.
 Design and develop automation test scripts using industry standard tools & amp; framework.
 Detect, document and report bugs and errors encountered.
 Ensure software solution meets business requirements.
 Facilitate high quality software deliveries by applying business and functional knowledge including testing     standards, guidelines, and procedures.
 Good understanding of agile processes, participate in backlog grooming sessions and daily sprint meetings.
 Create and maintain high quality documentation.
 Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.

Mandatory Skills:
 #Cucumber.
 #Selenium.

Functional/Technical Skills:
 Experience working on #Banking and Capital Market projects is highly desirable.
 Proven track record of testing large scale #flexible systems, with deep expertise in industry standard #automation testing. #tools and #testing frameworks, such as #Selenium, #Cucumber or similar.
 Hands-on experience in automation scripting will be highly regarded.
 Familiarity with #SQL.
 Programming experience in #Java, experience in other programming languages will be good to have.
 Strong understanding of software quality best practices and processes. Experience with a broad range of testing
practices.
 Good understanding of #SDLC.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
 Ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Knowledge and Education:
 3-5 years of proven experience as Test Automation Engineer.
 Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent.
