Responsibilities:
· Formulating and implementing strategies, initiating capacity
planning, developing production plans and facilitating up scaling
trials at the factories for Homecare products.

· Enabling smooth operations with regards to manufacturing of
Homecare products.

· Should have excellent process knowledge and technical
knowledge.

· Collaborating with the internal teams like category manufacturing,
supply chain, product & packaging development, regulatory,
quality, factory, finance & procurement, HR teams & R&D.

· Liasioning with external stakeholders like co-manufacturers and
their teams and various vendors like transporters, packing
machines vendors, and labour service providers.

· Administering projects while managing operations, identifying and
conducting technical evaluations.

· Overseeing metrics like OOS, vehicle performance, inventory
accuracy, net realization (production) etc.

· Performing technical evaluation, building processing capabilities
for improvement of Homecare Products.

· Managing 3P Vendors for co-manufacturing operations for timely
delivery of quality products with acceptable conversion cost while
maintaining healthy business relationship with vendors.

· Should be actively participate in price negotiation of 3P Co-
manufacturers, concluding contract agreements and negotiating
conversion cost.

· Generating multiple reports and documents like inventory norms,
aging reports slow-movingg inventory reports,utilizationo,n etc.

· Conducting detailed training program for new recruits.

· Streamline manufacturing and supply chain for Homecare
products in the market.

· Optimizing the cost through implementation of lean systems,
kaizen, six sigma etc.

· Implement total preventive / production maintenance schedule.

Technical Skills:
Process #Design/ Process Optimization, Inventory Management , Manpower Management, Production planning, #Capex and #Opex control, Regulatory Compliance, Root Cause analysis, Recruitment, Coaching & Mentoring , #Cross-functional Team Leadership , #Stakeholder Management.

Qualification :
Must Have : M.Sc Chemistry + PGDM in Operations Good to Have : B.E. Chemical or B.E Production or B.E Industrial + MBA in Operations
