Urgent Hiring For Design Engineer Electrical

• Should handle individually work for projects.
• Manage customer interaction and supplier discussion with an
effective manner.
• Photoshop and Assembly line support.
• Troubleshooting, analysis, and design to create engineered
solutions that improve the quality of products.
• Estimating cost and tracking project metrics leveraging project
management skills to deliver quality designs communicated to a
cross-functional team.
• Should handle NPD and ECO process for projects.
• Design of wire harness, selection of harness components.
• Selection of electrical components like batteries, sensors,
switches, wiper system, lightings etc.
• Review layouts, circuit drawings, 3D models for location of
components, wire harness, ensuring protection.

• Experience with Earthmoving /construction components and
systems.
• Experience in selection of electrical component for system design.
• Excellent PC skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to organize and sequence work associated with complex
designs.
• Machine Schematic and wiring harness layout skills AutoCAD, or
similar software.
• Strong orientation towards safety, quality, and continuous
improvement.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge on Cranes and construction, Utilities equipment
background.
• Knowledge on Industrial cranes and telehandlers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated team player qualities.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Commitment to Lean Manufacturing.
