Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team
- Involved in applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Working knowledge of SAFe 2+ Years
- Experience as a Team Leader and coaching, training, or developing teams
- Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience
Certifications :
Scrum Master certification
SAFe Practitioner certification
Preferences:
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification is Mandatory.
