Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.

This includes analysing sales data, providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments.

Managing and motivating the sales team: A sales head manages and motivates their team to achieve their individual and team goals.

This includes recruiting, training and coaching the team, providing ongoing support and creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Building and maintaining customer relationships: A sales head builds and maintains relationships with key customers.

This involves understanding their needs and preferences, addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Analysing market trends and competitor activity.

A sales head is responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. This includes analysing market data, conducting research and using this information to make informed sales decisions.

Collaborating with other departments
