#Position: #Head Statutory Permission & Compliance
#Exp: Min 15 To 20 Years

Responsibilities:
o Techno-economic evaluation of proposals received from consultants,
preparation and supervision.
o for various environmental studies such as #EIA, #EMP, #QRA, #CRZ
Mapping, #DMP, Geo-technical /seismic.
o respective reports.
o Obtaining #CRZ Clearance.
o Obtaining Wildlife Clearance.
o Obtaining Forest Rights Act (#FRA) #NOC.
o Obtaining approvals from #NGT/High Court/Supreme Court.
o Obtaining Consents (Establish/Operate), Hazardous Waste Authorisation
from #SPCBs.
o Co-ordination with internal #stakeholders for inputs relevant to various
studies/compliances.
o Liaisoning with external bodies viz. #MoEFCC, #SPCB, Forest, Wildlife
Departments, Revenue.
o Obtain laying and commissioning approvals from the Fire
Dept/ #PESO/Factories Dept/any other.
o Advise Management on various statutes on Environment, Wildlife, Forest,
#CRZ, Pollution Control,
o developmental plan, land acquisition.
o Obtain crossing permissions from various departments like
#NHAI/ #PWD/Irrigation/Local bodies/Gram
o panchayats etc and other private companies.
o execution of works.
o Prepare and allocate the Budget for planned activities.
Required Skills:
o Hands-on experience in handling statutory clearances/approvals.
o First-hand knowledge of applicable laws and laws related to the
Environment, Forest, and Wildlife such.
o as EP Act, EPA Rules, Air Act, Water Act, Water #CESS Act, #EIA
Notification, #CRZ Notification, FC Act,
o Hazardous Waste Rules, Municipal Solid Waste Rules, Wildlife Act, Indian
Forest Act, Forest Rights.
o Act and Rules, Guidelines/circulars, and amendments issued from time to
time by #MoEFCC, #SPCB, #CPCB,
o Forest/Wildlife Departments.
o Knowledge of Protected Areas such as National Parks, Wildlife
Sanctuaries, Elephant Corridors, Tiger
o Reserves, Eco-sensitive Zones/Areas, #Core and buffer zones of protected
areas.
o Knowledge of Certified #Auditors, #QCI #NABET Consultants, and
functional area experts, #QCI NABL.
o Laboratories, #MoEFCC/ #SPCB approved consultants or laboratories.
o Report writing, presentation skills, and Communication skills.
o Experience in conducting meetings, presentations, and site inspections
with various authorities.
o Have a good network with various applicable authorities/departments
and well-connected.
Education Required :
>Post Graduation Degree (M.Tech/M.Sc.)
