#Position: #HR Associate Operations

Responsibilities:

 Support data integrity, process improvements, and service delivery.

 Assist technology teams in developing the solution, conduct the unit

testing#s and preparing test cases.

 Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR services in alignment with the defined

SLA#s to ensure noiseless HR Operations.

 Ensure TAT is tracked and monitored for all #ELCM-related activities.

(Offers, on-boarding, transfers, extensions, separations, etc.).

 Should be well-versed with the policy guidelines and be able to guide

employees on the various policies and processes of #HR.

 Manage bulk data changes in the system and ensure the accuracy of all

the employee records.

 Provide first-line assistance to employees on general HR queries, and

answers to their questions & and standard policy / procedural

information.

 Work with the #IT team on data clean-up activities, ensuring key master

data elements are always updated.

 Manage operational aspects of HR and deliver superlative experience to

all #stakeholders.

Qualification:

 2 years full-time PG degree in HR.
