Roles & Responsibilities:-
Knowledge of Petrochemical Lab & GC Lab.
➢ Testing for crude oil and Refinery finished products- NAPHTHA, MOTOR GASOLINE, HIGH SPEED DIESEL, MTO, SKO, SSKO, ATF, HEXANE, LPG, PETCOKE etc
➢ Testing for refinery process sample.
➢ Testing for refinery Petro chemical sample.
➢ Testing all intermediate and finishing product samples as per UOP, ASTM, and IP.
➢ Finished products: Benzene, CBFS etc
➢ Raw materials: Crude oil, Naphtha, Butadiene, Hexene-1 etc.

➢ Density, Specific Gravity, Moisture, Distillation, Doctor Test, Acid wash colour, Pt-Co Colour, Freezing point & Solidification point, RVP, Total Sulphur, Total Nitrogen, Total chloride, Bromine Index & Bromine Number, Copper Corrosion, Total Carbon, Chloride in Catalysts. TAN & TBN, TBC, Peroxide, Flash Point, Pour Point, Viscosity, Asphaltene, Ash content, Water content by distillation, Diene Value.
➢ Analysis of CPP oil, Lube oil & Lubricants.
