Key Responsibilities:-
->Implement and configure SAP CRM modules.
->Gather and document business requirements.
->Customize and integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules.
->Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM issues.
->Train end-users and develop documentation.
->Manage project deliverables and timelines.
Qualifications:-
->Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
->3 to 14 years of experience with SAP CRM.
->Proficiency in SAP CRM configuration and customization.
->Strong communication and project management skills.
->SAP CRM certification preferred.
