The key responsibilities that the Area Manager:

 Play a dual role of team leader and mentor for his team.

 Drive team’s performance and aid them towards achieving their goals and targets.

 Be very agile and candid, hands on report preparation and work closely with the Leadership

Team.

 Meeting clients and co-ordinate with them for all requirements.

 Establish cordial relationship with internal customers, clients and developers.

 Site visit with clients and team members, Track all client and project updates.
