Urgent Hiring For Admission Manager


Role & responsibilities

Coordinate the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in a timely manner and within the set standards.


  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit prospective students, including marketing plans and outreach activities.
  • Oversee the processing of applications, ensuring all necessary documents are received and accurately recorded in the admissions system.
  • Coordinate and participate in admissions events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours, to engage with potential applicants.
  • Analyze data on applicant trends, enrollment numbers, and effectiveness of recruitment strategies to inform future admissions policies and practices.
  • Train and supervise admissions staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about program offerings, admissions criteria, and financial aid options.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and educational consultants to promote the institution and attract applicants.
  • Review and decide on admissions applications, considering academic qualifications, extracurricular achievements, and personal statements.

Handle appeals and grievances related to admissions decisions, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
