#Position: #Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for gathering and formalizing business requirements.
Capture the requirements into #TFS / #Azure #DevOps backlog in proper
structure of Epics, Features, and Stories.
2. Create necessary #BRD and #FRD documents, as necessary. Assist with
any other documentation as needed.
3. Research specific domains, processes, or practices as necessary and
ensure the desired system is at par with current norms.
4. Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business
requirement are understood. Ability / Approach to critically analyze
requirements/implementations.
5. Work as a bridge between Developers and the Product Owner / Client.
6. Must have proven experience in at least 2 #web application project
delivery.
7. Should be able to coordinate with stakeholders, and vendors and follow
up with the team to ensure timely deliveries.
8. Good Communication Skills.
Skills:
1. Good written and verbal English skills is a must.
2. Willingness & Proactiveness to work towards strict deadlines is a must.
3. Knowledge of #TFS / #Azure #DevOps backlog structure is required.
4. Ability to understand and relate technical terms/implementations would
be preferred.
5. Familiarity with web applications based on #Microsoft .#NET framework i
is a plus.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree.
