Roles and Responsibilities :-

 

Business Development

  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective customers through various channels.
  • Introduce additional products or services to existing customers to maximize sales potential.
  • Need Analysis:
  • Analyze customer needs and desires through regular meetings and surveys.
  • Conduct the periodic surveys to gather the information.

 

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and Evaluate new business opportunities, products and services that are aligned with the company’s objective and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on their fit, interest, and readiness to purchase.
  • Follow up diligently to close deals and meet sales goals.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain regular communication through various channels.
  • Uphold transparency and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Gather feedback from customers and use it to improve service quality.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to support business development efforts.
  • Conduct a minimum number of sales meetings and proposals every month.
  • Maintain positive service feedback, reviews, and ratings.
  • Meet revenue targets as per sales goals.
  • Provide support and encouragement to team members to foster a positive work environment.

Revenue Generation

  • Lead Qualification

○ Once leads are received we check the requirement and identify the qualified leads. This involves assessing factors like their fit with my target audience, their level of interest, and their readiness to make a purchase. Leads can be categorized into different levels of priority, such as Hot, Warm, or Cold.

  • Lead Nurturing

○  Not all leads are immediately ready to buy. Lead nurturing involves providing valuable and relevant content to leads over time to build trust, educate them about your products or services. We do provide free counselling in case needed.

  • Follow Up:

○  Strong Follow up with the leads to close them positively.

Sales Proposal:

○  During the sales outreach, the sales team further qualifies the lead by assessing their specific needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.

  • Negotiate & Closing:
  • During this stage, any objections or concerns raised by the lead are addressed, and negotiations may take place regarding pricing, terms, and other relevant aspects.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to contribute to revenue generation.

 

  • Meet Sales Goal:

○   meet or Exceed sales goals and contribute  to the overall revenue generation.

○   Achieve Incentive Target month in each quarter to match with company’s growth

Relationship Management

 

  • Building Strong Relationship:

○  Focusing on building long lasting relationships with Customer, Vendors and Suppliers.

  • Regular Communication:

○  Maintaining regular and consistent communication with clients through calls, Email, WhatsApp or in person meetings.

  • Building Trust:

○  Consistently Delivering on Commitments and promises. Follow Over delivery and under promise.

○  Being transparent about product/service offers, price and limitations.

○  Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after that.

  •  Customer feedback:

○   Feedback has to be taken periodically from customers to evaluate the Quality of service.

○   Using customer feedback to make improvements and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Surprise and Delight:

○   Surprising customers with unexpected gestures, such as personalized thank-you notes or exclusive offers.

○   Client gifting Practice of giving gifts to customers on various occasions

Team Building:-

  • Team Collaboration:-
  • Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and marketing professionals, to support business development efforts.
  • Team Development:-
  • Invest in training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of your team members. This could include workshops, seminars, online courses, and on-the-job training opportunities.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
