#Position: #FC&A – Indirect Tax Validation

#Exp: Min 2 To 4 Years

#Location: Navi, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Timely Validation of #PO/ #WO/ #YEXP within the given lead time.

2. Reviewing Contracts /agreements and advisory for #Tax optimization for

Project/Construction-related orders.

3. Validate Transactions of Reverse Charge Mechanism with respect to

Taxability and eligibility.

4. Advise Procurement teams on Indirect tax related Queries, including Tax

Implications on Routine Transaction in a time-bound manner.

5. Review Agreements on Periodical Basis on matters related to indirect

taxes compliances.

6. Monthly review of Purchase registers and Co-ordinating with Site #IDT

Teams on any issues relating to #PR/Validation of PO/WO/YEXP.

7. Respond Timely to #Internal Audit Queries/ #RAC Audit /#Department

Audits.

8. Analysis and Periodic review of the PO/WO/YEXP for any Discrepancies

for Auto Validated Cases

9. Coordinate with System Teams for Automating the Validation Process.

Required Skills:

1. Good Understanding of #GST laws and updates on all notifications and

changes.

2. Ability to discuss basic technical issues of #GST and respond to Customer

queries.

3. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

4. Interpersonal Skills to interact with different #Stakeholders.

5. Good Time Management Skills and ability to cope under pressure and

meet deadlines.

6. Analytical Ability.

Qualification

>2. CA preferred / LLB with good Commercial Background.
