#Position#Managing HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

o  Drive HR Transformation agenda and work as a change agent to bring

about the effective rollout of all #HR Transformation

o  initiatives within timelines.

o  Implement #HR strategies aligned with business goals and partner in

creating sustainable and integrated solutions.

o  Deliver consistent, effective, and seamless customer-facing #HR services.

o  Collaborate with COEs and take responsibility for Talent Management

initiatives.

o  Work with all #stakeholders for completion of #PMS – facilitating smooth

completion of Yearly Performance Plan filling in.

o  system, Mid-Year review, and end-year review on time.

o  Effective implementation of employee engagement initiatives across all

levels. of employees and maintain cordiality.

o  employee relations by anticipating their needs & and concerns.

o  Plan and organize employee interactions and communication sessions at

periodic intervals for dissemination.

o  relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedback.

o  Prepare #MIS reports/#HR metrics.

o  Provide #HR Policy interpretation and guidance to employees and

leaders.

o  Maintain Industrial peace and harmony through proactive #ER/IR

management and Compliance monitoring.

 

 

Education:

>MLW / MSW / MBA-HR or Post Graduate qualification in HR from reputed

institute (full-time master course)
