Responsibilities:
Transportation:
1]To supervise/monitor overall transport administration at the site.
2]Responsible for the complete operation of all transport facilities at the Site
such as Employee Bus Service, Employee Owned Cars / Two Wheelers and
private hired Taxi management.
3]Supervise & and maintain all related records of vehicles, work orders /
contractors list/contract Labour working in this area. Gardening:
1] To monitor/coordinate gardening services for the entire Site with the
Horticulturist.
2] Supervise & and maintain all related records, work orders / and
contractors list/contract Labour working in this area.
Good House-keeping:
1] To monitor/coordinate housing-keeping services for the entire Site.
2] Supervise & and maintain all related records, work orders/contractors’ list
/ contract Labour working in this area.
Other areas:
1] To monitor/coordinate mail distribution/courier services for the entire
Site.
2] To supervise & and maintain complete infrastructure facilities at the Site.
Coordinate & and organize the requirements for the site.
3] To ensure fulfillment/establishment/follow-up of all Licenses and other
related matters pending with various government departments & and
statutory bodies / local authorities such as Factory Inspectorate#s Office,
#MIDC, #MSEB, #MPCB, #ZP Office at Alibag, local Gram Panchayat#s
Office, etc.,
4] To maintain very good public relations with the authorities from all such
Offices related to site management.
5] To assist in the preparation of all legal documents as per the requirement
including employee-related foreign visits, foreign bonds, passports,
etc
Skills:
o Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in administration and has
at least 10-12 years# of experience in
o administration areas of large Manufacturing Sites. He should also be a
strong communicator & and fluent in #computers, MS
o Office, presentations, #SAP, budgeting exercise, etc.
Education:
>Post-graduates will be preferred.
