Role & responsibilities
The Senior Counselor plays a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to students within the educational institution. With 3 to 5 years of experience in counselling, the Senior Counselor is expected to bring a wealth of expertise in student advising and career counselling.
Responsibilities
- Counseling and Admissions.
- Examin Admission process
- Events, follow-ups, & feedback s from the Jr Counsellor.
- Counseling prospects and Convert them to admissions.
- Identify students from important schools & colleges.
- Arrange the premises visit for interested candidates.
- Travelling to school and giving presentation/counseling student at their campus.
Responsible for quality lead generation, tracking to closure.
Note :- Candidate should has experience in education industries.
