Responsibilities:
• Receive the orders from the customers, co-ordinate with the
customers, forwarders, logistics & plant.
• Contact with Transporter for arrangements of vehicles based on
requirement.
• Execute the orders in timely manner to hit the On time delivery.
• Documentation & record keeping, maintain compliance on
part of statutory needs in dispatch department.
• Control & mentor the manpower working in dispatch
department.
• Maintain 5S into the dispatch department along with flow of
material.
• Inventory check and prepare report for inward and outward.
• Reconciliation of physical finished goods with inventory in books.
• Take proper feedback from customer and take actions
accordingly.
• In case of stock-outs, reach out to the production teams for
updating and replacement of items to ensure minimization of
dispatch related errors.
Skills:
• Knowledge of the use of #MS Office including #Excel and
financial management software (e.g. Tally).
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• Good knowledge of the dispatch process.
• Must have handled multiple customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload
effectively.
• Need to have good control on the logistics.
