Roles & Responsibilities:-
Demand Forecasting:-
->Analyse market trends, historical data, and customer insights to forecast demand accurately.
->Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand promotional activities, new product launches, and market dynamics that may impact demand.
Order Management:-
->Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
->Coordinate with the production team to ensure production schedules align with customer demand.
->Monitor production capacity and adjust production plans as needed to meet customer requirements.
Warehouse Management:-
->Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and space utilization.
->Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Logistics Coordination:-
->Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
->Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers and monitor their performance against service level agreements.
Customer Relationship Management:-
->Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolution of issues.
->Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors to understand their needs and preferences.
Continuous Improvement:-
->Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.
->Implement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
