Urgent Opening For Sr. Business Development Specialist


Roles & Responsibilities:-

1.Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies in the aerospace, EV, supply chain, renewable energies, and oil & gas sectors.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

3.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our services.

4.Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

5.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue goals.

6.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

7.Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

8.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.

9.Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve our services.

10.Represent Jane Aerospace at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base.


Requirements & Key Skills:-

1.Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any of the above-related fields.

2.9-11 years of experience in sales, preferably in Aerospace, EV, Supply Chain, Renewable Energies, or Oil & Gas.

3.Strong LinkedIn presence with a broad network.

4.Ability to build and nurture relationships with procurement engineers and specialists.

5.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

6.Strong understanding of the sales and purchase cycle.

7.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

8.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9.Proficiency in G suites and CRM software (Zoho).

10.Willingness to travel as needed.

11.The ability to speak fluent English, Kannada, and other regional languages.

12.Ability to train junior BD or Sales executives.
