Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Ads Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Your goal will be to ensure the success of our campaigns by developing and executing effective advertising strategies and continuously improving their performance.


  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms are a plus.

Campaign Management: The candidate should be able to launch digital campaigns on platforms like Google, Social Media Platforms, monitor them, track them and generate reports based on campaign/client given KPIs.


  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Measuring the ROI and compiling regular spend reports for client campaigns.
  • Weekly/fortnightly and monthly reporting of the accounts with data insights.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and create detailed buyer personas to inform targeting and messaging.
  • Develop and optimize ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance, including adjusting targeting, ad creatives, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns regularly for improving performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into our advertising strategies.
  • Generate performance reports to share with internal teams and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our advertising efforts, and propose new campaigns and ideas to meet our goals.
