Responsibilities:
 Achieve sales targets set by the company.

 Monthly/quarterly revenue achieved against set targets.

 Number of successful lead conversions.

 Sales team’s performance and achievement against individual quotas.

 Reduction in sales-related costs through optimized processes.

 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

 Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.

 Monitor sales metrics and performance against targets.

 Maximize sales achievement by developing strategic selling.

 Responsible for bringing new products into the local market by working w
with key stakeholders and keep Close monitoring of product updates.

 Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management.

 Product quality issue handling and customer complaint management…

 Gather market and customer/s information and provide feedback on
buying trends.

 Identify opportunities for cost optimization in sales processes.

 To follow up closely on credit and cash customer payments in accordance
with the terms and credit limit grant.

 Coordinate with vendors for quality #POSM / premium development and
production under a tight timeline.

 Overseeing the production process, and drawing up a production
schedule.

 #MIS reporting on a day-to-day basis.

 Documentation – Prepare the #SOP strictly follow it and make it a habit
for all.

 Creating a healthy friendly and effective work culture.

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Knowledge :
 In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends.
