Responsibilities:
•   Understand customer requirements and solutions provided by Architects.

•   Think creatively to solve the user problem effectively.

•   Works towards maintaining and improving the application functionality.

•   Drive best practices within teams with respect to coding standards and
guidelines.

•   Time Management for project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

•   Ensure compliance with the documented #software processes and
procedures throughout the life cycle.

•   Constantly review the #code to ensure the quality of the #design by
avoiding complexity, advocating clarity, and doing this with the team.

•   #Develop microservices using #spring boot.

•   #Develop software according to Project Standards. Works on continuous
improvement of such standards.

•   Take complete ownership of the assigned module and ensure smooth
development, maintenance, and unit testing.

•   Support the customer teams with #UAT.

•   Mentor the junior team members and support them when needed.

•   Be self-motivated and disciplined in the approach to work.

•   Ability to work as an individual contributor/team depending on the task.

•   Identify the areas of technical improvements in the development process
and #technology. Provide necessary inputs to get those
ideas/improvements in the product.

Requirements Skills:
•   Should have overall 4 to8 years of IT experience.

•   Should have strong proficiency with microservices using #spring boot for
2-3 years.

•   Should have worked on developing backend services and REST #APIs.

•   Worked on any of the integration technologies/platforms

•   Ability to learn and adapt to new Integration frameworks/technologies

•   Good communication skills with experience in dealing directly with the
customers

•   Experience working with any of the leading #databases

•   Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

•   Experience in guiding and mentoring team members.

•   Ability to work individually / in a team and get the product delivered
within agreed timelines

• Hands-on in #AWS

Good to have:
•   Interest in learning new technologies like cloud integration, #Apache
#Kafka, #Azure, etc.

•   Working experience with #APIs.

•   Working with #CI/#CD (Deployment and testing #automation).

•   Experience working with #Agile.

•   #JIRA and confluence knowledge.

Mandatory Skills:
Microservices, #spring boot, #core #java, #REST-SOAP #Webservices, #Kafka, #AWS.
