Job Description:

 Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs for HR consultancy .
 Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships .
 Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients for HR consultancy.
 Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders .
 Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
 Sharing Vendor Empanel proposal to clients.
 Need to visit client site for generating new business.
 Should have excellent communication and negotiation Skills.
 Should have leadership quality to get all the client’s  position closed.
 Need to manage Recruitment team also should be flexible in working on recruitment also if required .
